There are 3 places where we need to verify setting so that your cutter communicates properly. Aside from the difference in length, the CR1200 also has an extra stepper motor to drive the sand roller and it has some additional pinch rollers. The CR630 is a 24″ cutter while the CR1200 is a 48″ cutter.
